pricing
All our prices are in EURO (EUR) inclusive 19% (7% for books) German VAT ( Value Added Tax: "Mehrwertsteuer") ,
but exclusive of costs for postage or carriage.
In general, the german VAT will be charged for all EU orders.
EU customers registered for VAT, please state your valid VAT identification
number: VAT Reg.No., P.IVA, MomsNr., N.I.F., No.TVA, SE-Nr., ALV-NRO, OB-Nummer.
Those registered customers or customers from outside the EU can have goods shipped
without VAT being charged. Please divide the stated catalog prices by 1.19 as
this is the VAT free export price!
While great care has been taken in compiling this online shop, we must stress
however, that errors or omissions are unavoidable.
shipping
We ship with DHL-EUROPACK, Express or parcel post, GLS-parcel service, UPS,
FEDEX. Parcels weighing more than 50 kg or individual items which are too bulky
for regular delivery by postal service as well as large total orders will be sent
by road carrier or sea- or airfreight. Arrangements and quotation will be made
individually.

Zone Europe 1: Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria.
Zone Europe 2: France (North), Great Britain, Italy, Sweden ð(South), Switzerland.
Zone Europe 3: Finland, France (South), Ireland, Norway, ðPortugal, Spain, Sweden (North).
Zone Europe 4: Other European countries.
For all parcels of less than 50kg, which are not bulky, we charge a general rate (in ?, additional VAT):

payment by customers from abroad
On request we send a quotation or ProForma invoice by fax for your notice.
You can pay by:
1. Visa / Master card / American Express:
We need the card number, expiry date and the cardholder's name and address.
Credit card companies do not allow shipment of mail orders to a different
address than the cardholder's account address .
2. Payment in advance by direct bank transfer via our IBAN-account number
as stated on the invoice or ProForma invoice (on special arrangement only).

Please note that we are not able to fulfil any export orders of less than EUR 50,00 value.
