YACHTCARE AZUR resin

Laminate resin in an orthophthalic acid base for weather and cold-water resistant components.
YC AZUR is already preaccelerated and should be mixed for general use with 1 to 3 % MEKP.
Fiberglass matt and webbing that has been mixed with YC AZUR is smoothed with a slab roller.
YC AZUR polyester resin is strengthened with fiberglass for elements of boatbuilding and repair,
vehicle construction, pool protection, covers, etc.
For base materials such as wood, stone
and metal, use the product YC G4 wood primer as bonding agent.

Coverage approx. 3-times the matt weight, for example, 0.9 kg/m.sq. for 300 g of fiberglass
matt / approx. 1-times the matt weight, for example, 0.4 kg for 400 g of fiberglass matt.

Components and coatings of YC AZUR must be covered with YC NAUTIC polyester protective
coating or polyester filler to achieve a non-adhesive surface.
