Stainless tiller fitting HOLT ALLEN

Cleanly worked fitting of stainless steel, with which tiller
extensions can be attached on the tiller so they will pivot and turn.
At 13 mm wide, the fitting is so thin that it can be used on wood,
aluminum or carbon fiber tiller extensions.
