BSH approved solid brass ship´s bell

Heavy brass ship's and fog bell.
Made in a traditional sand-casting facility, exterior cleanly turned and polished, interior raw-cast. Unlacquered.

Proven and certified by the BSH (Federal Maritime and Hydrographic Agency).
Equipment requirements pursuant to KVR:
All vessels larger than 20 m are required to carry a bell of at least 200 mm
diameter;Vessels over 50 m must carry a bell of at least 300 mm.

Avaliable with polished or chromed finish.
These bells are also available in other sizes (up to 500 mm). Prices on request.
