SHIP'S lamp SÖRENSEN

This classic lamp originally served to light ships' cabins on all seven seas. It's nickname is "The Century."
With fully gimbaled wall bracket and special SÖRENSEN cylinder, this lamp is an exceptional work of art. This lamp is also offered in a polished chromed design with matte glass cylinder.
Paraffin: Round 6 line burner; Tank 0.125l for approx. 9 hours burning time.
Electric: Available in two designs:
1) G4 socket in burner, Halogen bulb 12V 10W, cord approx. 150 cm with cord switch and adaptor.
2) E14 socket for 230V, Attachment cord approx. 150 cm with cord switch.

The tradition of this Danish manual lamp factory goes back to the year 1842. At that time it was started under the name G. W. Frydenlund, to make lanterns for the Danish beacons. Over eventful years, from this royal Danish warrant, the SÖRENSEN we know today came into being: A lamp assortment of classic elegance and functionality in premium, first-class, hand-made quality.
All lights are made of pure brass, polished by hand and lacquered. Every light is individually numbered and provided with a decorative plate embossed with "E. S. SÖRENSEN". All lights are available with paraffin burners or in electric designs.
