High tensible shackle GREEN PIN

Curved shape with safety bolt that can be secured with a nut and cotter pin.
This shackle shape is used preferentially in long and permanent attachments,
likewise if the bolt might be able to turn under load.

High-strength, forged shackles with a long-lived and corrosion resistant hot dip
galvanization for exceptionally large loads.
Through the use of high-strength steel, these shackles are lighter than shackles
that conform to DIN 82101. These shackles conform to EN 13889 and fill the
performance requirements of the US-Fed.Spec.RR-C-271.

The working load (SWL) is at least 1/6 of the breaking load and is stamped on the shackle.
"GREEN PIN" shackles are made by a brand name manufacturer, whose bolts
are painted green for easy recognition.
