Dutch sheet block made from elmwood

The Dutch sheet block is a special block for sheet purchases, with which the sheet is attached directly to the block.
Available single- or double-sheaved.
Yacht block made from exceptionally durable elm wood with fittings of high-strength and absolutely seawater-proof aluminum-bronze. Built using Dutch patterns in a small block workshop. The design is very similar to American blocks. However, the axis is not screwed in, rather it is covered with Bronze safety plates.
The sheaves run on bronze bearings and have a Delrin core to save weight. The visible surfaces of the sheaves are also bronze. the housing is copper-riveted and varnished with Epifanes high-gloss varnish. The blocks come standard with a bulbous becket.

The smaller sizes are also available with swivel eye or shackle.
