Yacht block made from ash wood

Ash rope block in the classic "MAILAND" design.
Very compact blocks for rope with roller bearings and patented brass sheaves. Epoxied for a wartertight design, copper riveted, fittings and bolts of stainless steel (V4A).
The axle is protected against falling out by a polished stainless-steel plate.

Because of the small diameter of the sheaves, the given maximum rope diameter is only for braided rope. Three-strand rope should be significantly thinner than the block, or the block larger.

Varnished ash wood, with or without becket.

The safe working load (SWL) corresponds to the breaking load (BRL).
