Bronze anchor windlass MUIR

Classic bronze windlass with retrieval winch, made by the Australian Manufacturer MUIR.
These polished-bronze vertical winches are distinguished by their compact construction, precise manufacture and light weight, as well as their versatility:
- Combination chain wheel to retrieve chain (DIN 766A) and rope (8 mm chain/14 mm rope or 10 mm chain/16 mm rope).
- Chain and cable can be spliced together and retrieved as a single rode.
- The winches can be used with any standard winch handle (a simple MUIR 8-inch plastic handle comes with the windlass).
- The chain runs over a conical brake.
- The chain ejector hinders overrides of chain and rope.
