The DAVEY deck light is designed for installation in thicker traditional wooden decks: The glass body is inserted directly into the appropriate cut-out in the deck and sealed in, a small recess on the top of the round glass allows a deck light ring to be fitted precisely. The rings are made of bronze or stainless steel.
