Well-known and proven globe compass from SILVA of Sweden with many advantages:
- Clear, easy to read 5° compass rose, sapphire bearing, damped and individually balanced with ring magnet and spring suspension.
- The sphere is made of scratch-resistant acrylic glass, the case of black plastic.
- he gimbal system allows heeling up to 30°.
- Yellow steering marks and 12 volt lighting ensure good readability.
- Rose diameter 70 mm.
Two different mounting options are included, allowing the compass to be mounted either as a surface mount compass in a bracket with multiple angle settings, or as a flush mount compass in the bulkhead.
The compass is suitable for all speed ranges, for sailing and motor yachts. It is shockproof and has unlimited forward and backward tilt.
The compass SILVA 70NBC is supplied with visor, holding lines and with magnet set (compensator).
