Quick-drying, one-component vinyl primer of outstanding Water resistance and elasticity, as a primer for the underwater area on all boat building materials.
Particularly good corrosion and abrasion protection due to aluminum flakes.
Also as a tie coat between HEMPEL LIGHT PRIMER and a antifouling or between an old and a new antifouling (barrier primer).
Thinning: HEMPEL THINNER 811.
