Ocean Signal ATA100 Class A AIS-Transponder

The ATA100 from the British manufacturer Ocean Signal is a Class A AIS transponder for commercial shipping (for inland and sea-going vessels) and for discerning yacht owners.

 The compact unit with a large colour display transmits the position and information of its own vessel as soon as it is connected to an external VHF or AIS antenna and the GPS antenna included in the scope of delivery. At the same time, AIS data from other ships, stations on land and navigation aids within VHF range are received.

The chart view of the coastline and the radar view have various orientation options (head up, north up). The standard destination list display provides a detailed list of all vessels in the vicinity. It can be sorted according to the owner's wishes.
