Heavy bronze name bell with cast-in lettering, the letters are raised. The font is Helvetica in capitals, the height of the letters is about 15 mm, the letters protrude about 1 mm.
Every bell is an individual piece, sand-cast and hand-finished, thus delivery requires approx. 4 weeks.
Because the bell cannot be machined in the region of the letters, this area of the surface remains raw-cast.
The rest of the bell's body is hand-polished. Uneveness in the writing are inevitable in this traditional manufacturing method (and therefore are not grounds for a refund). According to the length of the lettering (possibly deviating from the image) in the foundry, the height of the placement on the bell body will vary. Cast iron (gunmetal) clapper.
The bell is BSH certified.
The price is made up of the base price for the bell and a surcharge for the letters based on number and size of letters. Please give the exact text under "Comments" when ordering. Please also tell us of you want a star before and after the text.
