The handle is made from elastomer (PP/TPE) similar to hard rubber-vulcanite in a yellow ergonomic design.
The blade is made from special stainless steel 1.4028 and is serrated in the last third for cutting rope and cord of different fibres quickly and safely in an emergency, while the near part is cleanly sharpened for smooth cuts.
Shipping together with a separate stainless steel marline spike with shackle opener and a practical sheath made from nylon fabric.
