Whether Tahiti or Canary Island: Together with our partners in transport we have long-standing experience in shipping to places all over the world
Fast Delivery: Ordered articles that are on stock will leave our warehouse as soon as possible – usually the day you ordered
The minimum order value for international shipments is € 50,00
For all parcels of less than 30 kg and less than 1,10 m length we charge a general fee according to our table of shipping costs
VAT, import duties and possible custom's clearance charges are not included in the listed prices
For any shipments that weight more than 30 kg or are longer than 1,10 m we will make you an individual quote of shipping costs
Delivery on board: Of course, we also deliver directly on board. Please add to your delivery address and name the name of the harbour and the name of your boat. This way we can guarantee that your parcel gets delivered to the right place
Tracking: As soon as we hand over your parcel to our partner in transportation, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number. Thusly you can track the status of your parcel at any time.

Shipping conditions Germany

Fast delivery: Ordered articles that are on stock will leave our warehouse as soon as possible - usually the day you ordered. You can expect to receive your delivery after one or two days, even with standard delivery
The minimum order value for shipments in Germany is € 25,00
Orders with a minimum order value of € 250,00 are free of delivery costs within Germany (this does not apply for: bulk goods, freight deliveries, dangerous goods and express deliveries)
Delivery on board: Of cause, we also deliver directly on board. Please add to your delivery name and address the name of the harbour and the name of your boat. That way we can guarantee that your order gets delivered to the right place

All our prices are in EURO (€), exclusive costs for postage or carriage and the tax rate is subject to the country of delivery.

Calculation of value added tax

For delivery within the EU, we charge the VAT of the EU country of delivery.
Without charging the value added tax we deliver to:

EU customers registered for VAT. Please state your valid VAT identification number.
all customers outside the EU.

Payment in advance: Direct bank transfer via our IBAN-account number as stated on the invoice or proforma invoice

Payment options Germany

We are offering the following payment options for German customers (we reserve the right to exclude particular payment options in individual cases):

SEPA Direct Debit Scheme: We grant you 2 % cash discount and will charge the invoice amount after 10 to 14 days after the invoice date (invoice payment is not offerend to new customers).
Invoice: The invoice amount has to be payed after 14 days (invoice payment is not offerend to new customers).
Credit card: MASTERCARD / VISA.
PayPal: Payment by PayPal.
Pay on delivery: Besides the shipping costs we charge you a fee of € 6,90 (incl. 19 % VAT). Pay on delivery is only possible with standard shipping.
Payment in advance: Direct bank transfer via our IBAN-account number as stated on the invoice or proforma invoice.
