S&B Beschläge is a family-run medium-sized company from the Sauerland region of North Rhine-Westphalia, an area with historically grown foundries and metal processing plants.
 S&B produces for TOPLICHT many shapely and practical articles for yacht and boat owners, for the lovers of maritime fittings as well as for the professional commercial shipping: locks and accessories, handles hinges, hold-ups, bolts, clamps, door hooks and door stoppers, ventilation plates, hooks, sash locks and eyebolts according to DIN.
The company covers a wide range of technical possibilities: all production steps from model making to the actual sand casting and finishing such as polishing or barrel finishing (smooth grinding) are carried out under one roof. In the lock construction department, various locks, such as mortise locks, case locks, WC locks and sliding door locks, are manufactured and assembled by hand. Due to the different surface finishes, backset and spacing, there are a multitude of possibilities.  Decades of experience and a high proportion of craftsmanship allow for very individual and flexible production.
But even in such a traditional company, modernity has found its way in; from sensible automation processes to 3D printing for model production.
