William Fife III, George Lennox Watson, Alfred Mylne, Gustaf Estlander, Max Oertz, Nathanael Herreshoff, Starling Burgess, Johan Anker, Heinrich Gruber, Kurt Oehlmann, Knud Reimers, Manfred Curry, Olin Stephens, Tore Holm and Carl Vertens were among the most famous yacht designers of their time. With their credo "Beautiful lines simply sail better", they created yacht designs that are still inspiring today.
